WordPressHackedCleanup.com provides manual WordPress malware removal, backdoor removal, database cleaning, security hardening, and related recovery services. The exact scope of work is confirmed with you after our initial diagnostic scan.
We do not require payment upfront. Payment is due once the agreed cleanup work is complete and you have had the opportunity to verify your website is restored. Monthly maintenance plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle once activated.
Because payment is only collected after verified completion of work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if the agreed scope of work was not delivered. Monthly maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
We clean and harden WordPress websites but cannot guarantee against all future attacks, particularly where a client declines recommended hardening steps or fails to maintain updated credentials after cleanup.
You are responsible for providing accurate access credentials, promptly responding to requests for information, and maintaining any hardening recommendations we provide after cleanup is complete.
To perform a cleanup we typically require WordPress admin access, hosting or FTP/SFTP access, and, where relevant, database access. All credentials are used solely for the purpose of the agreed cleanup.
If the same infection reoccurs within 30 days of a completed cleanup, we will reclean the affected website at no additional charge, provided our security hardening recommendations were implemented and access was not compromised through unrelated means.
Any custom scripts, reports, or documentation we create during the cleanup process remain our intellectual property, though you are granted a licence to use them in connection with your own website.
While we take every reasonable precaution, including pre-cleanup backups, we are not liable for pre-existing data loss, third-party plugin conflicts, or damage caused prior to our engagement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
